When do reservations for sponsors and exhibitors open?
The industrial exhibition is now fully booked, and registration for stands and booths is closed as of May 5th, 2025. If you have any questions or inquiries regarding the exhibition, please feel free to contact us at medsi2025@maxiv.lu.se.
We still welcome social sponsorships and other support opportunities.
How can a sponsor register?
Sponsors can register through the MEDSI 2025 registration page: https://indico.maxiv.lu.se/event/5362. While sponsorship linked to the industrial exhibition are now closed, you can still support the conference through options such as social event sponsorship. Visit the “Registration” section to select from the available options and provide the required details.
How is booth allocation determined?
Booth allocation is based on sponsorship level, with Gold sponsors having first priority, followed by Silver and Bronze. Within each level, booths will be assigned based on the order of payments received. Once the reservation process is complete, the final booth layout will be shared, and exhibitors will be able to choose their available space according to their priority.
What are the available sponsorship levels?
There are three main sponsorship levels: Gold (€8500), Silver (€5000), and Bronze (€3000). Each level offers different benefits, including logo placement, exhibition space, and speaking opportunities.
What types of exhibition spaces are available?
We offer two types of booth packages:
- Large Booth: Shell scheme booth with 3 chairs, power supply, Wi-Fi, and more.
- Light Booth: Standing table with 2 chairs, power supply, and Wi-Fi.
Can I sponsor a specific event or activity?
Yes, we offer additional sponsorship options such as sponsoring the Welcome Reception, Conference Dinner, or Coffee Breaks. You can also sponsor awards like the Best Poster or Young Poster Prizes.
What advertising opportunities are available?
Sponsors can place ads in the program booklet, with options for the Outside Back Cover (€2000), Inside Front Cover (€1500), and Full Inner Page (€1000). You can also display ads on the large LED screen in the atrium.
When can exhibitors set up their booths?
Exhibitors can set up their booths starting from Tuesday morning, 16 September 2025, and must clear them by Thursday afternoon, 18 September.
What should I know about shipping exhibition materials?
All freight handling is managed by Malmö Mäss-Service. Costs for unloading, loading, and handling of your incoming and outgoing goods will be charged according to Mäss-Service’s rates. Please find prices and information here: FREIGHT FORM or contact malin@mass-service.se
How many delegates typically attend MEDSI?
MEDSI attracts over 300 delegates from facilities and research institutes worldwide, providing excellent exposure for sponsors.
