Poster Presentation Guideline

General Information

Each poster must be displayed on a single board. Posters must be prepared and printed in ISO A0 (84.1 cm x 118.9 cm) or US Arch E (36 in x 48 in) sizes, in portrait orientation. Landscape orientation is not permitted for these formats, as they are too wide to fit the poster boards.

The Conference Organizers will provide all necessary supplies for mounting the posters, such as tape.

The Scientific Program Committee reserves the right to reject papers that have not been properly presented or attended to during the poster sessions. Manuscripts of your contributions to the proceedings (or enlargements of them) are not considered posters, and papers presented in this manner will not be accepted for publication.

Poster Display times

Assigned poster boards will be available each morning. Presenters must hang their posters during the morning coffee break on the day of their assigned poster session. This ensures that delegates have sufficient time to view the posters in advance and prepare questions for discussion. Each board will be clearly labelled with the programme code (e.g. TUP99) corresponding to the assigned contribution. Please use this code to locate and mount your poster in the correct location. Presenters are also responsible for removing their posters at the end of the session. Any posters left on display after 18:15 will be removed by the conference staff.

Resources

The MEDSI 2025 logo must be placed in one of the four corners of your poster. You can download the official logo here:

Upload of Posters

All poster presenters must upload a digital copy of their poster to ensure it is included in the conference proceedings.

Files should be named using your program code followed by “_poster”, for example: TUP99_poster.pdf

Posters must be submitted via the ‘My Contributions’ section of the MEDSI 2025 Indico platform. When uploading your file, please make sure to select ‘Poster’ as the file type using the ‘Submit files’ button in the Editing section of your contribution.
