The MEDSI2025 conference will adhere to the JACoW (Joint Accelerator Conferences Website) rules for submitting proceedings. JACoW is an international collaboration dedicated to publishing the proceedings of particle accelerator conferences. By following JACoW guidelines, we ensure that our conference proceedings meet the highest standards and are freely accessible to the global scientific community.
JACoW was established in 1996 for the publication of EPAC and PAC conference proceedings. As this collaboration expanded, it included APAC for its first conference in 1998. Today, twenty three conference series are members of the JACoW Collaboration, including ABDW, APAC, BIW, COOL, Cyclotrons, DIPAC, EBIST, ECRIS, EPAC, FEL, HIAT, IBIC, ICALEPCS, ICAP, IPAC, LINAC, MEDSI, NAPAC, PAC, PCaPAC, RuPAC, SAP, and SRF.
Each conference series agrees to adopt common templates and produce JACoW-compatible files for paper publication. They also adhere to terms of reference and boundary conditions designed to facilitate the training of JACoW editors through hands-on experience at larger conferences and attendance at annual JACoW Team Meetings, where technical issues related to electronic publication are addressed.
